From the people we have worked with
Zulaikha Amirah
Fashion boutique, Pavilion KL
We started with the flow study because I was not sure if the issue was the layout or the product mix. The report was more specific than I expected — it identified three zones where customers were turning around before reaching the back of the store. We adjusted the fixture plan before commissioning the full redesign and saw a difference in how far into the space customers were walking within the first month.

Homeware showroom, Bangsar
The showroom design service was very thorough. Nadia took time to understand what pieces we were leading with and how we wanted the entry experience to feel. The 3D views were detailed enough that our contractor could work from them with minimal back-and-forth. The two revision rounds were adequate — the main adjustments were to the display zones near the entrance, which was a straightforward change.

Lifestyle accessories, Mid Valley
I engaged Atria Form for fit-out oversight on our second outlet. The defects log was very useful — there were eleven items flagged before handover, most of which the contractor addressed within a week. The final walkthrough gave us a clear record of what was outstanding. It would have been helpful to have the site walk reports on a slightly faster turnaround, but the overall quality of the documentation was good.

Concept store, Sunway Pyramid
What I appreciated most was that the fee was clear from the start and there were no extras added later. We went through the flow study and then the showroom design, which felt like a sensible sequence. The brand-alignment session with our marketing team was included — that meeting changed a few assumptions we had made about where to place the statement pieces.

Nurul Izzah
Specialty food retail, Pavilion KL
We had a tight opening date and Serena was very focused on making sure the snagging list was dealt with before handover. There were more items on the list than I expected from a fit-out at this price point, but having everything documented gave us something to work from with the contractor. The handover walkthrough was thorough.

Multi-brand showroom, KL Sentral
We run four showroom locations and used Atria Form for oversight on two simultaneous fit-outs. Having a consistent reporting format across both sites made it much easier to manage the handover conversations internally. I would use the service again for the next location — it saved time that would otherwise have gone into managing contractor conversations without a structured record.

Challenge
Fashion boutique, Pavilion KL — layout refresh
A 380 sqft boutique with a curved frontage had seen foot traffic slow over eighteen months. The owner had made several small fixture adjustments without a clear understanding of what was causing customers to bypass the store or leave quickly after entering.
Approach
Retail Brief and Flow Study, followed by Showroom Design. The site session identified that a mid-floor fixture cluster was blocking the sightline to the back wall from the entrance. A second issue was the positioning of the sale rack near the door, which was drawing attention to discounted stock before full-price items were visible.
Design documentation repositioned the mid-floor fixtures, shifted the sale section to the rear, and introduced a lighting layer at the back wall to draw the eye.
Outcome
After the fit-out, the owner reported a measurable improvement in how far into the store customers were walking. The back wall became the most engaged zone in the space within six weeks of reopening. The fit-out was completed in twelve days.
"The brief was the most useful document we had going into the redesign. It gave the contractor and the fitting team something specific to work towards." — Zulaikha A.
Challenge
Multi-brand showroom — two sites, simultaneous fit-outs
A homeware and lifestyle brand was opening two showroom locations four weeks apart. The operator had a contractor team for each site but no in-house capacity to manage the quality of finish across both openings simultaneously.
Approach
Build-Phase Oversight for both locations under a coordinated schedule. Site walks were structured so that the first location received more visits in weeks one to three, with the focus shifting to the second location in weeks four to seven as the first reached handover.
A shared reporting format was used across both sites so the operator could compare defect resolution rates between the two contractors.
Outcome
Both locations opened within two days of the planned dates. Between them, thirty-one defects were recorded across the two sites. Twenty-four were resolved before handover. The remaining seven were documented and addressed in the two weeks following opening.
"Having the same format for both sites made the internal reporting straightforward. The contractors knew what was being tracked." — Rajesh K.
