Frequently Asked

Do I need all three services, or can I engage just one?
Each service is available as a standalone engagement. Many clients begin with the Retail Brief and Customer-Flow Study before moving into design, but it is not a requirement. If you already have a clear brief and want design documentation, you can go straight to the Showroom Design service.
What is included in the RM 580 flow study?
The fee covers one on-site session at your location, structured observation of how the current layout affects movement and product engagement, a written notes document summarising what we observed, and a working brief that sets out the design direction for any follow-on work.
How long does the showroom design process take?
Typically four to six weeks from the initial briefing session to the final documentation set, depending on the size of the space and how quickly revision feedback comes through. Smaller projects with a well-defined brief can move faster.
Does the RM 4,500 design fee include contractor selection?
No. The Showroom Design service produces the documentation and 3D views you need to go to tender or brief a contractor. Contractor selection and management sit outside that scope. If you want on-site oversight during the build, the Build-Phase service handles that separately.
We have three outlets in different malls. Can you cover all of them?
Yes. The Build-Phase Oversight service was designed with multi-site retailers in mind. We can coordinate visits across locations so the finish standard at handover is consistent. Contact us with the locations and projected fit-out dates and we will put together a schedule.
Do you work outside Kuala Lumpur?
Our primary focus is the Klang Valley, but we do take on selected projects in Penang, Johor Bahru, and Kota Kinabalu. Travel arrangements and any associated costs are discussed at enquiry stage before any fee is confirmed.
