1. Website Use
This website is provided for informational purposes and to facilitate enquiries about our services. You may use it for lawful purposes only. You agree not to:

2. Services
Atria Form offers interior design services for retail and showroom spaces, currently comprising three service types: Retail Brief and Customer-Flow Study, Showroom Design and Visualisation, and Build-Phase Oversight for Retail Fit-Out. Enquiries submitted through this website do not constitute a confirmed engagement. A project commences only when both parties have agreed to a written scope and a deposit or initial payment has been received, as set out in our project agreement.
3. Fees and Payment
Fees are as listed on this website at the time of enquiry, or as quoted in writing for bespoke scope. All prices are stated in Malaysian Ringgit (RM) and are exclusive of any applicable taxes unless otherwise noted.
Payment terms are agreed in writing prior to the commencement of each project. We typically require a deposit at the start of an engagement, with subsequent payments tied to agreed milestones. Full payment terms are set out in the project agreement issued to the client before work begins.
Where a project is paused or cancelled by the client after work has commenced, fees for work completed to that point remain due and payable. The specific conditions for pausing or ending an engagement are detailed in the project agreement.
4. Scope of Services
Our services are limited to interior design concept, planning, specification, visualisation, and on-site coordination within the scope of non-regulated design practice. We do not offer structural engineering, regulated building consultancy, quantity surveying, or any service that requires a professional licence under Malaysian law. Clients requiring such services should engage appropriately qualified and registered professionals.
Any approval, submission, or application to a regulatory authority is the client's responsibility unless explicitly agreed in writing as part of our scope.
5. Intellectual Property
All drawings, visualisations, documents, and design materials produced by Atria Form remain the intellectual property of the Studio until all fees for the relevant engagement have been paid in full. Upon full payment, the client receives a licence to use the materials for the agreed project at the agreed location. Rights are not transferred for use in other projects, locations, or commercial purposes without our written consent.

6. Third-Party Contractors and Suppliers
Where our services involve coordinating with third-party contractors, suppliers, or fit-out teams, we act in a design and oversight capacity only. We are not a party to any contract between the client and those third parties, and we do not take on responsibility for their workmanship, delivery schedules, or contractual obligations. The client retains direct responsibility for all fit-out contracts and procurement agreements.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by Malaysian law, Atria Form's total liability to a client for any claim arising from a project engagement is limited to the fees paid by the client for the specific service to which the claim relates.
We are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss, including loss of trade, loss of revenue, or any loss arising from decisions made by third-party contractors based on our design documentation. This limitation does not exclude liability for matters that cannot lawfully be limited under Malaysian law.

8. Confidentiality
We treat information shared by clients during an engagement as confidential and do not disclose it to third parties except where required to carry out the agreed scope (for example, sharing specifications with a contractor) or where required by law. 9. Dispute Resolution
In the event of a dispute, both parties agree to attempt to resolve the matter directly and in good faith in the first instance. If a resolution cannot be reached through direct discussion, either party may refer the matter to mediation before pursuing any formal proceedings. These terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia, and any proceedings shall be conducted in the courts of Malaysia.
10. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. The version published on this website at the time of an enquiry or project agreement applies to that engagement. Continued use of the website after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
